Our Founding Doctor
Dr. Jerry Busselman, Retired
Dr. Busselman was 12 years old when he knew he wanted to be a veterinarian. He dreamed of helping animals, and the people who cared for them. Fort Street Veterinarian was founded on this principle, that owners and their animals matter. He has spent his career helping pets live full and healthy lives and at the same time building relationships with the owners of those pets. This foundation makes FSV unique, and we’re proud of that. We listen intently and ask questions to understand what is needed and best for both the owner and the animal. As Dr. Busselman stepped into the next phase of his career – teaching others – he is remains proud of the legacy that is still at FSV.
